SUAI Welcomes over 2000 New Students

August 31, 2021 SUAI held a traditional ceremony to start the next academic year and meet freshmen. A mixed format of the event allowed the freshmen with best exam performances attend at the ceremony, while others were enjoying an online broadcast.

St. Petersburg officials and SUAI’s famous graduates spoke their wishes for the students after the greeting speech by the Rector Yulia Antokhina.

The Empress Ekaterina II traditionally handed the keys of the Palace of Chesma, one of important SUAI’s premises, to the newcomers. The ceremony ended in flashmobs and activities by the art studio.
