SUAI Hosted an International Game for School-Goers ‘Cosmos- Quiz’

On March, 29 a Space Quiz was held for high school students from the CIS countries

The organizers are the Department of Social and Educational Work, the International Cooperation Department of SUAI with the support of the Federation of Cosmonautics. The game was held as part of an agreement with Rossotrudnichestvo and the strategic project ‘GoUP is your experience’ of the Priority 2030 program, on the eve of Cosmonautics Day. The quiz is a new experience and direction of development with international educational institutions.

20 teenagers presented 5 teams, participated Republic of Kazakhstan (Stepnogorsk, Astana) and Republic of Moldova.

The quiz consisted of 23 questions in 3 topics: the dawn of astronautics, the space age of mankind, modern astronautics.

Team No. 2 from Stepnogorsk, Kazakhstan became a winner with a score of 18 points. All participants of noted that the questions were interesting and also they had learned a lot of new things. All participants expressed the intention to visit the SUAI in person the coming spring.

Anna Kanasheva, Head of the Department of Social and Educational Work, invited everyone to take part in the International Cosmonautics and Aviation Forum ‘CosmoStart’, which will be held in November 2023.
