Department ¹53. Information and Network Technologies
Brief overview
The Department of Information and Network Technologies conducts advanced scientific research in the fields of computer-based control of nonlinear objects, statistical signal processing, digital image processing, embedded data management systems which form the basis of the study process. The Department has a number of laboratories equipped with the necessary hardware, software and up-to-date equipment.
Bachelors are offered majors in information technologies in design (full-time education only); information technologies in media industry (full-time education only); information systems and technologies in business. Masters can specialize in multimedia technologies. The postgraduate program is aimed at training both research and teaching staff. The Department also runs distant-training program.
Workshops
The Department participates in the annual Information Technologies Workshop at the Moscow Aviation Institute and other nationwide workshops.
